RRC Fundraiser - dinner and auction
The annual RRC community event, Evening off the Docks, is scheduled for Saturday, July 26th at the Renton Technical College. This in-person event welcomes RRC supporters, athletes, and community members every year, and acts as RRC's largest fundraiser of the year. The funds raised at this event help cover operations costs for the upcoming year, including things like rent for the boathouse, wages for RRC's amazing staff, and key equipment purchases and upgrades to maintain the quality and safety of the rowing programs.
We generate goodwill and publicity for WAM by providing an item to auction off for RRC’s fundraiser, and our presence at the dinner enhances our relationship with RRC. We are hoping several WAM members will be able to attend. Individual tickets can be purchased, but also half tables of 4, and tables of 8. Early bird prices are $65 for individuals, $250 for half table of 4, and $495 for a table of 8.
Prices go up on June 20th, so we are setting a deadline of June 18th (just before CP!), for WAMmers to RSVP. We can still book after June 20 if there's more interest.
Please RSVP to the event on our website, if you will attend, and we will book tables as appropriate, but will collect payment separately. Sign up by June 18th to be included in a table reservation.
