This is day two of a two day event. There will be a fee of $10 for each day to help cover basic costs. It is open to anyone who wants to participate.
Activities will be at Renton Rowing Center WA, and include dragon boat paddling, rowing erg assessments, and opportunity for a foam rolling workshop and/or yoga session.
Hot drinks and baked goods will be provided in the morning.
Final details will be sent on Friday 14th.
