WAM is sending two crews to CCNC: a Senior B Mixed small boat crew (age 50+ as of end of 2026) and a Senior C Women small boat crew (age 60+ as of end of 2026). Both crews will conduct crew-specific training in our small racing boat on Lake Meridian on select Sundays and must perform fitness assessments.

CCNC and CCWC occur every two alternating years. Individual athletes can try out for Team USA crews for World Championships. This year, WAM had two members selected: Denis for Senior A and Rich as a support paddler for Paradragons (athletes with impairment). Congratulations to both on their recent competition in Germany!
